Barack Obama Gushes Over His Daughters Best Qualities!
Barack Obama is a family man more than anything else and always puts his daughters with Michelle Obama first! Of course, he loves Sasha and Malia a lot as well, which is why he was more than happy to gush over their unique qualities during an interview with InStyle.
When asked what he thinks makes his 19 year old and 22 year old daughters great, the former President was able to pinpoint two qualities in particular – their confidence and buoyancy!
Regardless of all the celebrities and world leaders he’s met throughout his career, Barack Obama is still most inspired by his daughters, Sasha and Malia!
While they are currently living at home because of the pandemic, both of the former first daughters are enrolled in college!
During his chat with the news outlet, the proud father started by raving about his younger daughter, saying about her that ‘Sasha is, as Malia describes her, completely confident about her take on the world and is not intimidated — and never has been — by anybody’s titles, anybody’s credentials. If she thinks that something’s wrong or right, she will say so. When she was 4, 5, 6 years old, once she made a decision, she would dig in and could not be steered off it.’
He went on to gush over Malia as well, sharing with the news outlet that ‘She’s somebody who enjoys people, enjoys life, and enjoys conversation. She’s never bored, which is a bada** quality that can take you places.’
And, of course, the loving husband could not have left out the former First Lady either!

Barack raved over Michelle by saying that ‘I think people know Michelle well enough to know how amazing she can be as a public speaker. They probably are less aware of what it’s like to work out with Michelle when she’s really in her groove. And sometimes that includes her boxing. You don’t want to get in the way when she’s working on a bag — including some kicks. There’s force there.’
